The planning permission had to be updated as the house had to be lowered by a few tens of centimeters due to site conditions. Also, the maisonette will be slightly lower than the main house.
It also turned out that the rock we had suspected for more than a year was quite formidable and underneath the future kitchen. Instead of removing it, it has been cut down from above and will thus, alongside the watertank, provide a natural support for the house. It wasn’t easy – 2 days of extra jackhammer work.

Most importantly, the rock was cut, the levels were obtained, the difficulties were overcome – and the first layer of slop was poured on the ground.
