Today is the first anniversary of receiving planning permission.
The house barely looks out from ground level, although the finances show that we are 40% advanced. Construction site is at the moment in a siga-siga phase, in fact not much has happened for most of August. Anyway, the concrete of 1st floor pillars as well as 2 walls has been poured, just today.

Today we pre-selected a tile, Greek, ceramic. There were still beautiful tiles from Cotto Possagno at stake, but here in Greece they are 40% more expensive.

In a few days we will contract the windows and doors, probably shutters too, also from local carpenter.
Meanwhile, it’s a lazy August, the sea is blue, the cicadas are doing their thing.
