Our house will have really thick walls: 12 cm of brick inside, 10 cm of styro or wool and insulation, 25 cm of limestone outside.

First bricks have been laid then.

Anyway, roof is still not started. Either we will have traditional tiles (heavier roof, worse ventilation properties, harder to repair and more expensive both in material, as well as work) or we will import tiles from Italy.
